Robert “Robbie” Schambaua is a seasoned Child and Youth Development Specialist with over 30 years of experience in human development, psychosocial support, and community upliftment across the Northern Cape. Holding a BTech in Child and Youth Development from Durban University of Technology, he has led youth rehabilitation programs, managed care facilities, and trained professionals in both government and non-profit sectors. Through his consultancy, he continues to provide developmental supervision and psychosocial support, driven by his core values of compassion, integrity, and empowerment.
